John T. Fazio - President
John T. Fazio is a graduate of California State University
Fresno with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis
in Urban Land Economics. Aside from John's appraisal and business
knowledge John is very computer oriented and has been one of
the first appraisers to use color digital photos, starting in
1994.
The
future of lending, appraising and our daily lives will change
dramatically with the new technological strides currently
under way. At John T. Fazio & Associates, Inc. we plan to
stay current with all the changes and challenges the future
brings.
At
John T. Fazio & Associates, Inc. we now take all major
credit cards for appraisal services. This service is to help
the Brokers
or Bankers if an appraisal fee cannot be collected in advance.
This can be a tool to help "close the deal" for
borrowers that are on the fence.
John T. Fazio has been appraising real estate since 1989. He worked as
an appraisal assistant for A. George Zengel MAI from 1989 to 1990.
From 1990 to 12/92 John was employed at Bank of America. During that
time John was promoted from associate appraiser to appraiser, trained
associate appraisers, signed and reviewed their work.
From 12/92 to the present John T. Fazio has
been an Independent Fee Appraiser.
Valuation experience includes single family, subdivisions, Master
Appraisal Reports, PUD's, Condominiums, vacant land, reconveyances,
homes on acreage, Resort properties, mobile homes, 2-4 multi-family
units, relocation, Operating Income Statement analysis, Rental Surveys,
construction and final inspections, field and desktop reviews.
John
T. Fazio is also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has
extensive investment experince. He is the Vice President of Fazio-Williams
LLC a investment and Development firm, and is also president of
Mid State Investors LLC. a central coast real estate investment
firm.
Attorneys:
Albert S. Albrechtson III, Adrian Williams, Patricia Markell & various attorneys
from the firm of McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth. Testified as
an expert witness in Fresno Superior Court and San Luis Obispo Court.
Purpose:
Estates, foreclosures, mortgage lending, acquisition, divorce, bail bonds,
etc.

(Bill) Shaffer
- Appraiser
Bill has
a B.A. degree I Business administration from Cal State Fullerton.
Bill was a purchase and inventory manager for a large international
company. Bill’s business background and computer skills
have propelled him into a productive, quality oriented appraiser.
Bill’s willingness to take on new challenges has been
an asset to John T. Fazio & Associates Inc. |

Young
- Appraiser
Corissa
has been in the appraisal field for over 3 years. Corissa
got her start in the Sacramento area and has trained under
John T. Fazio for the last 2 years. During her tenure Corissa
has progressed tremendously. Corissa Is self motivated and
creates quality reports and a very quick fashion with almost
never going beyond the due date. Corissa is considered a major

Jeffrey
Case
- Appraiser
Jeff is
a retired Youth Counselor who moved to the Central Coast in
1986. He is new to the John T. Fazio Appraisal team but brings
with him an extensive knowledge of Central Coast Real Estate
values, a strong work ethic and integrity to the highest professional
standard. Jeff's experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent
keeps him familiar with current trends and influences on Real
Estate values. When he is not working, Jeff enjoys golfing
and spending time with his wife and twin sons. |

Lisa
Dorais -
Appraiser
Lisa Dorais was born and raised in Fresno,
CA. Lisa has been in the appraisal business since 2005. Lisa's
Mother is the one who inspired her to become an appraiser.
Connie (Lisa's mother) worked for John as an appraiser for
over 3 years and encouraged her to train under him. Lisa is
one of the youngest appraisers in the state and comes from
an appraisal oriented family. Lisa is highly motivated and
is quickly becoming very knowledgeable of the Fresno
and Madera County markets. |
